Who are we?
HG is a vibrant and growing, Bible-based, Christ-centered church. HG is part of the global movement of the Church of God Of Prophecy which has a total membership of about 1.5 million members in over 140 countries.
We believe God can work in others and transform lives.
As Ambassadors for Christ, with a ministry of reconciliation, Higher Ground church takes the Great Commission seriously by reaching others with the the gospel of Jesus Christ. Our goal is to reach many in the greater Rochester area with the life transforming message of Jesus Christ.
What is a Sunday Worship Service like?
At HG you will find Spirit-filled worship and passionate praise, preaching and teaching of a Bible-based message relevant and applicable to this present time, A special time of prayer, after the sermon, where spiritual needs of the people are met on the spot, many times laying ground for further ministering.
